I came across a packet of gorgeous, glistening red chillies at the supermarket and just couldn't resist buying them! But so far, still racking my brain trying to come up with a recipe that will do justice to these beautiful, red peppers that pack a punch :)
Any suggestions anyone?? Below is a picture to give you an idea of their size... they are larger than the palm of my hand! I'm thinking Chinese stir-fry or some pickled red chillies. But would love more ideas! :)
